A week ago I asked the guild what they wanted to do. The choices were all pretty much predictable. Most people would like to rebuilt the guild and use PvP as the stepping stone. Just remember that pvp works well for dps, healers and druid tanks. Warrior and paladin tanks can get a shield this way very easily. With Season 4 coming out next week, we will see a natural rise in PvP and Arena. The season 2 gear will be buyable with honor as of next week. Even though we shall be gearing epople with pvp gear, we will still be running kara to get other things we are going to need. I will be setting 2 kara runs each week, until we are ready to move on. There will be a standard sign up on the website, people that sign up and confirm first will go. If you do not sign up, you will no go.

With these changes we will need to be Running premades and arena as much as we can not only to get gear, but to learn how each of us work as a player. You will also need to spec into a pvp spec to help with gaining the gear easier.

I will also be allowing the recuitment of level 65+ players that wish to pvp and raid. Because we are going to be primarily PvP, tanks will need some extra attention. Tanks will need to be running heroics for gear as well as kara.

I will try to have at least 2 kara runs for badges and gear each week, but even as your guild leader I can only do so much myself. I cannot hand you your gear, I cannot give you your badges of justice or make the game drop the gear you need. This is up to everyone, to get everyone geared. If someone needs help with a run, lend them a hand. It is not I nor yourself that will get you the gear, but the people you play with. It Will not be one person that progress's alone, but everyone together.

I will be be assigning new guild and class officers during the week as people show me that they not only want the job, but can handle it as well. For now, go hit the Battlegrounds and arena, start building up your honor and point, but also your skill. To progress is to work together.

As most of you know the guild hasn't faired well teh past few weeks. we have lost many good players to laziness, drama and multiple other reasons. I am still not sure why all this happend, but it did and now comes the tough choice. The options I see infront of us are as follows:

1. We could rebuild the guild. This means recuiting new people and gearing them up to progress.
2. There is the option to transfer to the PVE server that Mellithe has gone to. Once you go PVE you can never return.
3. You can try to find other guilds that will be able to raid
4. We can become a PVP guild

If there are any other options i will be happy to add them here, but these are as far as i can tell. This vote is up to everyone in the guild and i need these answers soon. If we choose to rebuild the guild back to what we were, It will take a large effort by everyone. So the choice is yours and whatever the guild choose to do, i will lead you in that direction.

The Guild has bought it's 6th and final guild bank tab. This means funds will now be going to Respec's that the guild askes you to do as well as guild wide repairs AFTER progression raids. What this means is that by showing up to a raids and getting a new boss down or working towards it we will allow the repairs to be covered by the guild.

The Guild bank also has it's Info tabs filled out with the informantion about each tab. Look here for prices and other information that will help you with the guildbank itself.

In other news we are looking into a DKP system as our standard looting system to replace Loot Council. Nothing is final at the moment and after the officers read over the system, they will be allowed to vote on the system they prefer.

After lurker Yesterday we decided to grind some of the reputation in Hyjal for practice and Trash mob epics. A few of the epic patterns dropped.

as well which is now in the Guild bank. But the Items are only part of what happened in Hyjal yesterday. Instead of letting Mellithe superman all the waves and do it the proper way we were able to engage Winterchill and get him down to 33% on our first try. Now that we understand what we have to do, he should be on farm once we get everyone their PVP trinket. I would suggest People start getting into the Battlegrounds for either

Medallion of the Alliance

for 8,000 honor or

Medallion of the Alliance

for 40,000 honor. I would not suggest

Insignia of the Alliance

because of the 5 minute cooldown. It was a good try by everyone there and next time we will get him down.
